Overview[edit]
- How to deal with animated visual content that changes in brightness rapidly.
- Flashing content can be distracting or even harmful to users.
- Content should be created so that it does not flash, or flashes only briefly, or does not flash very much.
- When flashing content is used, a clear warning must be given before the content is displayed.
